Meet With An Advisor
PLEASE NOTE:
The Advising Office is currently seeing students by appointment and limited walk-in hours.
No appointments are scheduled on the days we offer walk-in advising.
Appointments are scheduled via our online appointment scheduler. You will be able to create an appointment by clicking here or through your MyASU page.
Walk-in advising sessions are scheduled in 20 minute time slots. You can stop by early in the day (around 8:00am) and sign up for a time slot that fits your schedule. Then return at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time with your DARS --the printed, full version that is current (same day)--and your ASU ID. Please check the calendar for hours.
Please read below for information on our advising hours, office location and required materials for all advising sessions.

Expectations
Students are expected to be on-time and prepared in order to meet with an advisor. Please plan on being 5 minutes early to your appointment; late students will need to reschedule. Additionally, students MUST have the following items in order to see an advisor (this applies to both appointments and walk-ins):
- Sun Card or Picture ID and ASU Affiliate ID#
- A printed copy of your full DARS report. NOTE: the DARS must be dated the day of or day before your advising session
- Any forms that you may need signed - these must be completed as fully as possible before the appointment (e.g. student athlete, ROTC, petitions, appeals)
- Unofficial transcript for all coursework that has not been transferred and posted in your DARS
- A list of questions to discuss
NO DARS = NO ADVISING SESSION…NO EXCEPTIONS
