Arizona Health and Aging Lab

 The Living Well Program

The Living Well Project aims to provide resources to help people who have Fibromyalgia manage their condition, by using on-line technology. Our goal is to implement programs that help people think about their pain in a different way, a way that helps them lead full lives.

Men and women who are 18 years of age or older with Fibromyalgia symptoms who are currently taking Lyrica are eligible for the Living Well Project. Participants who are eligible will be asked to:

  • fill out a questionnaire about their health and functioning, and keep daily records of their experiences, all through on-line access
  • be guided through a 4-week training program on-line to enhance their ability to manage their condition
  • fill out a final questionnaire

Participation in this study can cover up to six weeks, which includes the final questionnaire. There is financial compensation for participation.

This study does not involve drugs or experimental medications. Participants can continue on their usual medical treatment plan during their participation in the Living Well Project.

If you think you are eligible for the Living Well Project and would like more information, call (480) 818-6149 or email the research team at LivingWellProgram@gmail.com
