Nov 12, 2015 5:00pm - 6:30pm Psychology Building, Room 230. Salute to Service. The Department of Psychology will host a workshop entitled, “Mindfulness Training to Reduce Stress in Veterans and their Families.” During the workshop, participants will experience several mindfulness techniques which can help alleviate stress among veterans and their families. A handout with resources related to mindfulness training will be provided. The event is open to the general public as well as the ASU community at large and veteran students and their families in particular.
