Psychological Science Concentration (BS)

All of the degree requirements for the Psychological Science Concentration (BS) and Psychology (BS) degree are the same except for the following:

Students must meet additional admission requirements to declare the Psychological Science Concentration. The BS in psychology with a concentration in psychological science is open to students who have:

Psychology BA /BS Differences

Both the psychology BA and BS degrees are excellent options for students who want to pursue psychology-related careers or who intend to apply to psychology or counseling graduate programs.  

All of the major requirements are the same for the psychology BA and BS degrees.  The degrees differ in the College Requirement:

Starting Fall 2020, the Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis will be implementing an additional simulcast option for students who have a practicum site outside of the Tempe area. 

This is the same class and instruction that the on-ground program experiences and the grading/expectations will remain the same.
